graphics/sxiv: Update to v26

- Set LICENSE_FILE.
- Update LIB_DEPENDS.
- Install icons and a desktop file.
- Remove the local patches and use MAKE_ARGS instead.
- Reset MAINTAINER (3 timeouts)
- Adopt port
