- Enhancement:
  Main plugin needs access to the Schema's current_user so move
  stashing of user in Schema from Routes to main plugin class.
- Bug Fix
  Add dep on Scalar::Utils for weaken method.
- Tests
  o Remove pg_enable_utf8 from Pg tests - closes issue #1.
  o Omit BUILD from pod-coverage.
