- USES=libtool
- Use USES+= to fix slave port.
- Remove LATEST_LINK and PTHREAD_CFLAGS.
- Remove $FreeBSD$ from patch.

mail/dbmail22:
- USES=libtool.
- Remove -fPIC, PTHREAD_CFLAGS and PTHREAD_LIBS.
- Remove pre-install target.  Not needed with staging.
