- Fix build [1]. Missing dependency
- Remove identif and basecomponents targets from editors/lazarus. Now it is
  installed from lazarus-lcl-[nogui|qt|gtk1|gtk2] ports
- Add some missing directories to PLIST
- Some additional modifications
